Not just another story of FPIES. Monday, January 28, 2013. February is a significant month for our family. February of 2011 we started Ellie on GAPS. February of 2012 I wrote a celebratory GAPS-iversary post. It was emotional remembering her first year on GAPS. February 2013 has arrived, and with it her 2 year. TWO years!
